CopperShield’s mission is to assist officers through their careers using our hindsight and growth from the years we have collectively worn the badge.    With this immense understanding of what it truly is to be an officer, we have taken a stand to no longer say, “It’s just part of the job.”  That statement alone comes from a decade that no longer exists and did more damage to officers’ personal lives than it ever did them good on the job.   It’s time to understand that none of what an officer is subjected to throughout their career is healthy for the psyche and well-being of their life and their family and loved one’s lives.
